Cereal bowl with hazelnut butter and blueberry coulis

This healthy breakfast idea transforms your ordinary bowl by adding hazelnut butter and blueberry coulis. It's a healthy and fulfilling breakfast, perfect for boosting your morning energy.

Ingredients (1 serving)


Prepare the blueberry coulis:

  1. To make the blueberry coulis, take 100g of washed blueberries (around two handfuls) and place them in a small saucepan.

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of water and a drizzle of agave, maple syrup, or honey. Bring it to a boil and then simmer it gently for a few minutes until some of the blueberries burst.

Assemble your bowl:

  1. Next, take a bowl and put a portion of your regular yogurt in it. Add a good teaspoon of Hazelnut Butter over the yogurt.
  2. Pour one or two tablespoons of the blueberry coulis over it. Finally, add as many Turtle Cocoa Pillows with Hazelnut Filling as you want. That's it, enjoy!

    More useful tips

    A helpful tip is to prepare your coulis in advance or make enough for multiple uses. Any remaining coulis can be poured into a sterilized jar and refrigerated for up to a week.
