Preparation time: 10–15 min.
Ingredients:
- Turtle Porridge Chocolate & Banana
- 50 ml almond milk
- 50 ml yoghurt or vegan substitute
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 20 g dark chocolate
- Pinch of sea salt
Preparation:
- In an airtight jar or tin, combine the almond milk, yoghurt, Porridge, 1 tsp of peanut butter and honey or maple syrup (if using). Leave the mixture to rest.
- Melt the dark chocolate. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavours.
- Cover the mixture with more peanut butter and pour the melted chocolate on top. Cover and chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, or overnight.
- Before serving, you can add peanuts and a pinch of sea salt for an extra crunch.
