Overnight Apple Chia Pudding with Banana & Peanut Butter

It is packed with layers: creamy yoghurt with chia seeds, applesauce, banana slices and a touch of peanut butter. 2 tbsp (unsweetened) applesauce

2 tbsp yoghurt*

100ml milk*

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

A generous amount of Turtle Cocoa Pillows with Hazelnut (gluten-free)

*Swap with plant-based alternatives to make it vegan.


Step 1: Prepare the yoghurt chia pudding

In a small bowl, combine the yoghurt, milk and chia seeds. Stir until well combined.

Cover and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. This allows the chia seeds to expand and the mixture will have a creamy, pudding-like texture.

Step 2: Assemble the pudding

Remove the yoghurt chia pudding from the fridge.

Find a jar and press banana slices around the edges.

Add a layer of applesauce.

Spoon the yoghurt chia pudding on top of the applesauce.

Now, dollop a spoonful of peanut butter and gently spread it out to create an even layer.

Sprinkle a generous amount of Turtle Cocoa Pillows with Hazelnut.
