Easy & Healthy Breakfast Bowl with Chia Seeds, Fresh Fruits and Color Loops
Ingredients
- Turtle Color Loops
- 3 to 4 tbsp of plant-based yogurt alternative
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- Fresh fruits (oranges, raspberries or other fruits of your choice)
Instructions
- Put the yogurt and 1 tbsp of chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell slightly.
- Meanwhile, wash and prepare your fresh fruits. You can cut the oranges into quarters and prepare the raspberries, or use other fruits according to your preference. Once the 10 minutes are up, top the yogurt with the fruits.
- Sprinkle the gluten-free Turtle Color Loops on top of the mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious cereal bowl!

Combining chia seeds with yogurt is a great way to add this superfood to your diet: it’s an excellent source of fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, and potassium.
