Healthy French Toast

Treat yourself to a delectable and nourishing breakfast or brunch with this recipe, perfect for relaxed mornings with plenty of time to spare. This healthy and delicious dish is also adaptable, ensuring it suits your palate perfectly.

  • Slices of bread (wholemeal, cereal, gluten-free, brioche, or other) 2 slices per person
  • 20ml plant-based milk of your choice (almond, oat, hazelnut)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • A handful of red fruits
  • 2 tbsp of Turtle Hazelnut Butter & Chocolate
  • Turtle Granola


    1. In a bowl, mix together the milk and eggs.

    2. Dip your bread slices in the mixture and place them on a hot pan previously greased with a little butter or coconut oil.

    3. Once the slices are toasted, place them on a plate and put your toppings.

    Here, the spoonfuls of yogurt, your red fruits, the spread, and granola.
