Halloween Breakfast: Pumpkin Chia Pudding

We came up with a fun Halloween breakfast recipe that's ideal for both adults and kids! Why not take part in the festivities right in the morning and celebrate monster season with delicious, wholesome recipe ?
This pumpkin spice chia pudding has those spicy and sweet autumn flavours we all crave this time of year without breaking your healthy routine. The ingredients you'll need:
- - 1/2 cup (120ml) pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
- - 1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
- - 3 tbsp chia seeds
- - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- - 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- - 2 tbsp yogurt
- - a handful of Cinnamon Bites
- - ghost cookies (or your favourite Halloween-inspired topping)
How to make it:
- Add the pumpkin purée, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top with yogurt, Cinnamon Bites and some spooky candy in the morning.
