Ingredients 

  • - 150 g thick plain yogurt 

  • - 1 tablespoon peanut butter 

  • - ½ banana 

  • - A handful of blueberries 

 

How to Make It 

  1. Add the thick plain yogurt to a bowl. 

  1. Stir in one tablespoon of peanut butter until creamy and smooth. 

  1. Slice half a banana and place the slices on top. 

  1. Add a handful of fresh blueberries.
