This recipe is made with skyr, which ensures you start your day with a protein-loaded breakfast, it'll help keep you full until lunchtime. The ingredients you'll need:
- - 150g of skyr
- - Half a persimmon
- - Handful of Cocoa Pillows
- - A couple almonds
- - 1 tbsp peanut butter
- - Sprinkle of cinnamon
- - Dash of maple syrup
How to make it:
- Add the yoghurt to a bowl (the prettier the better).
- Cut the persimmon into small cubes.
- Add the persimmon, almonds, peanut butter and Cocoa Pillows.
- Top with a dash of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
