MAKE YOUR SPOOKY BALLS LIKE THIS
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain the dates.
- Blend the mixture. Add the dates, the porridge flakes, peanut butter, salt, and a splash of water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
-
Shape the balls. With slightly damp hands, roll the mixture into nine evenly sized balls.
- Coat the balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder until fully coated.
-
Create the monster eyes. Press white chocolate chips into each ball to make the eyes. Using a wooden toothpick, add a small dot of melted dark chocolate to each chip to create a pupil.
- Serve and enjoy. Let your spooky balls cool down for a few minutes before serving.
Make it your own: For a slightly different twist, roll the balls in shredded coconut instead of cocoa powder. For an extra spooky touch, decorate the balls with funny face expressions.
