Ice Cream with Blueberry Coulis and Crunchy Granola

Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla ice, or vegan alternative
- 100g of blueberries
- Turtle Oat Crunchy Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp of honey, maple syrup, or agave
Preparation
Prepare the blueberry coulis

Wash the blueberries and place them into a small saucepan.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and a drizzle of agave, maple syrup, or honey.

Bring to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes until some of the blueberries burst.
Assemble your bowl
- Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl.
- Pour your blueberry coulis over the ice cream.
- Add a generous amount of Turtle Oat Crunchy Dark Chocolate.
