Easy Gluten-Free Porridge Goji and Chia Breakfast Cupcakes

Ingredients (8 small cupcakes)
For the cupcakes:
- 110g Turtle Porridge Goji & Chia
- 125ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp syrup (maple syrup or honey)
- a pinch of salt
For the presentation:
- 1-2 tbsp yoghurt
- A handful of berries (raspberries or blueberries)

Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine all the cupcake ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Start baking: Pour the blended mixture into small, oven-safe ramekins. We used heart-shaped ramekins for some cuteness! Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes. The cupcakes should rise slightly and be firm to the touch when done.

Presentation is key: To make them even cuter, spread some yoghurt on a plate. Place your warm cupcake on top and garnish with fresh fruit like raspberries or blueberries. Add a drizzle of peanut butter on top for an extra burst of flavor. If you're feeling creative, sprinkle your favorite Turtle cereals or granola on top!
