Chia Pudding Recipe with Mango

  2. While the chia pudding is soaking, grab a ripe mango. Cut it in half, peal and use a fork to mash the flesh.
  3. Once your chia pudding has thickened, it's time to assemble the final product. Take a small jar and create a layer with your fresh mango purée. 
  4. Next, add your thickened chia pudding on top of the mango layer. The contrast between the mango purée and chia pudding not only creates a beautiful visual effect but also provides a delightful contrast of textures.
