Marshmallow Crunchies Cookies

Ingredients
- 50g sugar
- 120g brown sugar
- 120g soft butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 175g flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 100g Turtle Marshmallow Crunchies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, the brown sugar, and the butter. Add the egg, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder and mix everything with a blender.
- Then, gradually add the flour and continue mixing until you have a smooth dough.
- Set aside 2 tbsp of Marshmallow Crunchies in a bowl, and save them for later, to decorate the cookies.
- Coarsely chop the remaining Marshmallow Crunchies and incorporate into the dough with a wooden spoon.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using two tablespoons, or simply with your hands, form dough balls, then flatten them slightly with the palm of your hand, spacing them apart on the baking sheet.
- Decorate your cookies with the reserved Marshmallow Crunchies.
- Bake the cookies for 13 to 16 minutes. Keep an eye on them, and when they begin to brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
It's ready. You can now enjoy your delicious crunchy cookies! Once cooled, the cookies can be stored in an airtight container for a week.
