Marshmallow Crunchies Cookies

These fun cookies are perfect for family baking. They are thick, chewy, crunchy, and full of flavor. They have a delicious cookie base filled and topped with Marshmallow Crunchies! These cookies are easy to make! They only take 30 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients:
  •  50g sugar
  •  120g brown sugar
  •  120g soft butter
  •  1 Egg
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  •  175g flour
  •  1/4 teaspoon of salt
  •  100g Turtle Marshmallow Crunchies
Preparation steps:

1. Preheat the oven to (150°C). In a bowl, add the sugar, the brown sugar, and the butter, then add the whole egg, the vanilla sugar, the salt, and the baking powder and mix everything with a blender. Then add the flour and mix again.

2. Put aside 2 tbsp Marshmallow Crunchies in a bowl and save for later, to decorate the cookies.
3. Coarsly chop the remaining Marshmallow Crunchies and incorporate into the dough with a wooden spoon.

4. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Using two tablespoons or simply with your hands, form dough balls, then flatten them slightly with the palm of your hand, spacing them apart. Decorate your cookies with the reserved Marshmallow Crunchies.

5. Bake the cookies for 13 to 16 minutes. When they begin to brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool.

Once cooled, the cookies can be stored in an airtight container for a week.
