Cereal bowl with hazelnut and blueberry coulis

Here's a quick and easy recipe that can enhance the flavor of your ordinary bowl of cereal, while also providing healthy and fulfilling ingredients. It's a great way to kickstart your day!


  1. To make the blueberry coulis, take 100g of washed blueberries (around two handfuls) and place them in a small saucepan.

  2. Add 3 tablespoons of water and a drizzle of agave, maple syrup, or honey. Bring it to a boil and then simmer it gently for a few minutes until some of the blueberries burst.

  3. Next, take a bowl and put a portion of your regular yogurt in it. Add a good teaspoon of Turtle Hazelnut Butter over the yogurt.

  4. Pour one or two tablespoons of the blueberry coulis over it. Finally, add as many Turtle Cocoa Pillows with Hazelnut Filling as you want.

That's it! You have a balanced and delicious breakfast.
A helpful tip is to prepare your coulis in advance or make enough for multiple uses. Any remaining coulis can be poured into a sterilized jar and refrigerated for up to a week. It tastes great both hot and cold.
