Ingredients
- Slices of bread (wholemeal, cereal, gluten-free, brioche, or other) 2 slices per person
- 20ml plant-based milk of your choice (almond, oat, hazelnut)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- A handful of red fruits
- 2 tbsp of Hazelnut Butter & Chocolate
- Turtle Power Granola Nuts & Seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the milk and eggs, whisking them together until well blended.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with a bit of butter or coconut oil.
- Dip your bread slices in the mixture and place them in the pan. Toast them until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Once the bread slices are toasted, place them on a plate.
- Add your chosen toppings, starting with spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, then place some red fruits on top, followed by a drizzle of Hazelnut Butter & Chocolate.
- Finally, sprinkle a generous amount of Power Granola Nuts & Seeds over the entire dish for added crunch.
