Porridge with Caramelized Banana and Dark Chocolate Cornflakes



  • 40g Turtle Rolled Oats
  • 180ml milk
  • 1 tbs yogurt
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
  • Turtle Dark Chocolate cornflakes for crunch
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts

How to caramelize the banana?

Peel and slice the ripe banana. In a heated pan, melt butter. Optionally, sprinkle brown sugar. Add banana slices, flip after 1-2 minutes, and cook until golden brown.

Porridge Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine 40g Turtle Rolled Oats and 180ml milk. Cook over medium heat until creamy. Stir constantly.

Assemble Breakfast Bowl:

  1. In your favorite bowl, layer the Porridge. 
  2. Add a spoonfull of yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a handful of fresh blueberries.
  4. Top with the caramelized banana slices.
  5. Sprinkle Turtle Dark Chocolate Cornflakes for crunch.
