Biscoff Overnight Oats: Easy St Nicholas Breakfast Recipe

The holiday season is in full swing and what says St Nicholas more than Biscoff cookies?

Though many people enjoy them as an afternoon treat, we created a recipe that brings their festive flavour to your morning. Perfect as a quick breakfast or an easy meal-prep option. Combined with the fibre and protein in our porridge blend, you can satisfy your Biscoff craving without emptying the whole bag of cookies.

The ingredients you'll need:

How to make it: 

  1. Add the 6 Seeds Porridge and milk to a jar and stir to combine.
  2. Let sit overnight.
  3. Top with a layer of skyr.
  4. Melt the Biscoff cream using a double boiler method.
  5. Drizzle the melted cream on top.
  6. Crumble some Biscoff cookies and add on top.

  1. Combine the Chocolate & Banana Porridge and milk in a bowl.
  2. Let sit overnight.
  3. Thaw the frozen blueberries in a small pot.
  4. Add the blueberries to the bottom of a jar.
  5. Pour the overnight oats on top.
  6. Melt the Biscoff cream using a double boiler method.
  7. Drizzle the melted cream over the oats.
  8. Sprinkle some Chocolate & Hazelnut Granola and crumbled Biscoff cookies on top.
