  • OR 150 g frozen açaï 
  • 150g of frozen berries  
  • 1 Frozen banana  
  • 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter  
  • 30g of Granola  
  • Toppings: Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and goji berries 


  1. Begin this açaï bowl recipe by blending the yogurt and açaï powder or frozen açaï with frozen berries, frozen banana, and peanut butter until smooth. The banana provides a creamy base, while the açaï and berries bring a splash of colour and a hint of acidity. If you make the version without yogurt and your blender struggles with the frozen fruits,  add a dash of water or milk to get it going.
