Yes, they are! We've kept the sugar low, so it's not too sweet. They Contain 2,7g sugar per 100g or less than 1g sugar per serving.
No they don't. We don't believe in using sweeteners. Sweeteners are not healthy, not natural and have no proven effect on weight control. So we really don't see the point in using them.
If you want to sweeten your breakfast, we recommend that you add some fruit. Sliced banana, blueberries, pieces of pear provide a wonderful natural sweetness. It's delicious and it's much healthier.
