Wholegrain oats preserve the bran, which contains protein, vitamin B, and fiber, as well as the endosperm, which is starchy and satiating. The germ, the innermost part of the grain, contains vitamins, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants. With 12g of fiber and 14g of protein per 100g, these little grains pack a nutritious punch.
Our oats are rolled, meaning they've been flattened between two rollers, preserving all the natural properties of the plant. Rolled oats are more convenient and faster to cook, taking only 5-10 minutes for a creamy, warm porridge.
While oats are naturally gluten-free, they can be contaminated with wheat, barley, and rye during the harvesting process. For those with coeliac disease, we recommend choosing our certified gluten-free oatmeal to ensure safety.
