While Ceylon is more subtle and mildly spicy, Cassia has more intense and rich flavours! That’s exactly what gives our cinnamon breakfast cereals their delicious, warm, and comforting taste.
Prebiotics are a type of fibre that feeds the good bacteria in your belly. It supports healthy digestion, immunity and contributes to a balanced, nutritious breakfast.
