Both are ok! You can eat cereals with any dairy or dairy alternative. Add a fruit and you have a great breakfast bowl ready in 3 minutes. You can also eat them as a snack instead of a cereal bar or a cookie. They usually contain less fat and less sugar than bars and cookies and they are just as satisfying.
