Oven-Baked Porridge With Dark Chocolate

  1. To make the coconut-date sauce, blend 2 dates with 100ml of coconut cream.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Turtle Porridge, 125ml of vegetable milk, chopped banana, and dark chocolate chips.
  3. Then, add the coconut-date sauce to this mixture and stir it well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a 15X15cm dish and place sliced bananas on top.
  5. Press them lightly and sprinkle some chestnut flakes.
  6. Bake the dish for 25 minutes at 180°.
  7. Once it's done, let it cool for ten minutes before eating.
