Oven-Baked Porridge With Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:
2-3 people
- 150g of Organic and Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 100ml coconut cream
- 125ml vegetable milk (coconut or rice)
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 bananas
- 50g of chestnut flakes
- Dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
- To make the coconut-date sauce, blend 2 dates with 100ml of coconut cream.
- In a separate bowl, combine Turtle Porridge, 125ml of vegetable milk, chopped banana, and dark chocolate chips.
- Then, add the coconut-date sauce to this mixture and stir it well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 15X15cm dish and place sliced bananas on top.
- Press them lightly and sprinkle some chestnut flakes.
- Bake the dish for 25 minutes at 180°.
- Once it's done, let it cool for ten minutes before eating.
